WOAR – Philadelphia Center Against Sexual Violence
WOAR—Philadelphia Center Against Sexual Violence—is a non-profit organization in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania whose mission is to eliminate all forms of sexual violence through specialized treatment services, comprehensive prevention education programs, and advocacy for the rights of victims of sexual assault.
Much has changed over the years regarding sexual violence, especially in the last few years. As the conversation about sexual violence evolves so do organizations who provide services to those who are impacted. As of April 2019 WOAR – Women Organized Against Rape became known as WOAR – Philadelphia Center Against Sexual Violence. The new website remains multi-lingual and reflects WOAR’s new branding and inclusive mission and services.
I’ve had the honor of working with this incredible organization for over 20 years. Each iteration of their website reflects their steadfast commitment to outreach and helping all members of the community. This iteration of the website is a collaboration between CandyApple Design and Creative Pro Marketing.
