Sharon Y. Brown is a plant-based coach, life coach, and energy medicine practitioner, as well as the founder and owner of Collaborate Change. Sharon is a coach, healer, and social justice advocate dedicated to helping clients transform their lives through the power of coaching, plant-based nutrition, ancestral wisdom, and holistic healing. She teaches that just as plants thrive with the right balance of sunlight, water, and nutrients, we flourish when we nurture our body, mind, soul, and spirit.
Sharon is passionate about supporting others, particularly in Black and Latino communities, to improve their health outcomes through plant-based nutrition and lifestyle changes. As a plant-based coach and Plant Powered Metro NY organizer based in New Jersey, she plans to share this life-changing knowledge and support through churches and community-serving organizations that are committed to justice and health equity.
Working with Sharon is such a joy! She is kind, creative, and nurturing and brings a positive outlook to everything she does. From our first phone call, I knew I wanted to work with Sharon and create a new website that clearly reflected her and the valuable work she brings to the community.
